About Us
ROYAL DELUXE · MARRAKECH
A city worth staying in, not just spending a night..
Royal Deluxe is an independent apartment platform based in Marrakech. We are not a listing site. We do not pass through. The apartments are ours managed by us, staffed by us, answered by us.
We grew deliberately, on purpose. A handful of apartments in Gueliz in 2019, more by 2022, forty-two today. The next apartment joins only when the ones before it have been mastered.
Mission
We are not in the hotel business.
We are in the business of taking private houses in Marrakech and keeping them. Keeping them clean, keeping them staffed, keeping them true to the city. A guest who arrives at a Royal Deluxe apartment arrives at a place that feels lived in because it is.
Hospitality is not a service we perform. It is a standard we hold — from the early morning room check to the line we keep open at three in the morning. None of it is innovation. All of it is care.
Why book direct
A city too easy to do badly.
Royal Deluxe is run from Gueliz by people who know the difference between a rooftop view and a view of a rooftop. Here’s what booking direct means for you.
No platform fee
We charge the guest, we pay the house. One bill, one accountancy.
No middle hand
Our staff is ours. We hire, we train, we keep them for years.
No reviews we shape
Reviews go to a third party. We see the numbers when you do.
No surge price
The rate you see in March is the rate you see in October.
